Some of our best clients seek us out from the referrals of their friends and relatives who have seen us in the past. This was the way Shelby’s mother, Sharon, found us after Shelby’s aunt had attended Meghan and Brian’s wedding in 2017. For Shelby’s September wedding in Goshen, IN, her mom planned a large reception with close to 300 guests and found the perfect venue right downtown with the historic Spohn Ballroom.
Sharon utilized our Gold Wedding package with DJ Iceberg as Shelby & Eric’s DJ and emcee. The playlist was very open, allowing Iceberg to use his skills and years of experience to create an awesome party and keep guests on the dancefloor for hours. And dance they did with a fun mix of classic party hits and newer EDM bangers that Erik especially liked.
In additional to the common milestone moments with speeches, cake-cutting, and special dances, Iceberg emceed a high-energy “dollar-dash” alternative to the old-school dollar dance. While not a good choice for every group, for those that want something fast paced and guest interactive, be sure to ask us about how a dollar dash might be a good fit.
To finish out the night, Iceberg even helped pull off some fun fraternity and sorority party traditions from the newlywed’s college years at Trine University. Downtown Goshen will definitely remember this 22nd night of September!
