Nearly 250 students were in attendance at Camp Mack near Warsaw IN for this annual prom, this time with a timely Great Gatsby theme. The prom committee went with our Stand Prom Package for their event, featuring DJ Iceberg as their Warsaw area school dance DJ. They also took full advantage of Camp Mack’s sophisticated video projection capabilities by upgrading with our TextLive video messaging system. Our graphic artist designed a custom Great Gatsby text screen to display student SMS messages throughout the night, and the kids had a blast texting shout outs and fun messages to the screen (filtered for content of course).
Prom-goers always arrive in style at this particular school for a parade of sorts outside the Kosciusko County prom venue with students driving up in everything from sports cars to farm tractors and even a semi truck with a flatbed trailer full of students in tuxes and ball gowns. It’s an amazing prom tradition!
Once inside, guests dined with a full buffet dinner, before Iceberg brought the heat with an energetic mix of top 40, EDM, hip-hop, country, and party classics. Students also voted throughout the night for prom King and Queen, and royalty was crowned sometime after 10:00pm prior to the 11:00pm end of the evening.
